The service and its operator

Tridata is a public demo for finding races, comparing results, viewing courses and athlete histories, and managing participation and athlete claims. The operator is:

Demo access and accounts

The current demo is free to use. It does not include a paid subscription or promise future premium features. New athlete claims and GPX downloads require active Premium access, currently available through time-limited complimentary administrator grants. Table downloads require administrator access. Features and availability may change as we develop the service. Any future paid offering will have separate pricing and terms before you purchase it. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use an account. During registration you must confirm that you meet this requirement. Do not register on behalf of a minor.

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and tell the operator if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person, bypass access controls, exploit the service, or disrupt other users.

Athlete claims and corrections

Only claim an athlete identity that belongs to you. An identical name or a Google account is not proof of ownership. Claims and requests to combine records may require evidence and administrator review, and may be declined or reversed when errors are found. A claim does not transfer ownership of underlying race results to you or guarantee that every requested change will be accepted. Do not submit passwords, identity documents or unrelated personal information as claim evidence.

Results, points and courses

Imported results, legacy points and athlete links may contain mistakes or omissions. Tridata is not an official timing service, event organizer or governing body. Confirm important race information with the organizer. GPX files may describe historical routes or revisions and are not a guarantee that a route is current, safe, open or permitted. Use the organizer’s current instructions when taking part in an event.

Downloads and contributions

Download features let you use the displayed information, subject to applicable privacy, copyright and database rights. Providing a download does not grant ownership of third-party source material or permission to use personal information for harassment, unsolicited marketing or impersonation. Submit only information you are entitled to share. You permit Tridata to store and use your submissions to provide the requested features and review corrections or claims.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains account information, public results, claim evidence, maps, cookies and how to request corrections or deletion. Public race records can exist independently of a Tridata account.

Access restrictions and responsibility

We may restrict access where necessary to address abuse, compromised accounts or unlawful use. Contact the operator if you believe a restriction or record is incorrect. The demo may be unavailable and its information may be incomplete; no uninterrupted service or particular sporting outcome is promised. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

We will publish changes here with an updated date. Material changes to account use will be communicated through the service or account email as appropriate.
